Over the years, Amelia grew into a powerful tool, but with power came complexity. We knew it was time to rethink the experience and bring back the clarity and simplicity you loved, while preparing for the future.
This redesign is built on three main ideas:
Clarity over clutter – a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
Future-ready – a modern foundation for deeper integrations and automation.
User-first design – every change should save time and reduce friction.
We reimagined every workflow:
how you schedule, how you manage data, how you navigate.
No more digging through endless settings or juggling different pages — everything is now faster, smarter, and easier to find.
This redesign focuses entirely on the back-end experience. The front-end remains unchanged in the Alpha phase, as we’ve already been rolling out new booking forms and front-end improvements over the past couple of years — now it’s time for the back-end revamp.
Your role as an Alpha tester is to experience Amelia with fresh eyes, explore without full documentation, and tell us where things don’t work or feel confusing.
Your feedback now shapes how the Beta - and the final Amelia 9.0 - will look and feel.
Here are the main changes you can explore and give feedback on:
Light & Dark Mode – Switch themes anytime (moon/sun icon).

Streamlined Editing – Full pages instead of cramped pop-ups.

Smart Shortcuts – Contextual links (e.g., view employee schedule, jump to custom fields).

Features & Integrations Page – One place to find & enable features.

Disable Unused Features – Remove clutter and keep only what you need.
