Follow these tips to help us get clear, useful feedback and avoid false issues.
Before you start testing or report something new, please check our public bug roadmap:
View reported issues & vote.
If the issue is already there, just vote for it instead of creating a duplicate. If you don’t see it, go ahead and report it.
Test in any browser — the more, the better.
If behavior differs between browsers, always list which ones you used.
Use the latest version of each browser.
Try different screen sizes — use the browser’s Inspector/Responsive Mode or real devices (tablet, phone).
Always include the device type/model when reporting (e.g., “iPhone 14 Pro, Safari 18”).
Use Incognito/Private Mode when testing the booking flow.
Do not use emails tied to WordPress admin, Amelia Customer, Employee, or Manager accounts.
Avoid creating customers with emails that belong to admins/managers
Keep them short and clear — only what’s needed to show the issue.
